This syllabus offers a comprehensive exploration of Nakshatras, their astronomical and astrological significance. Covering fundamentals, historical contributions, planetary influences, and advanced topics like Gochara and the Vimshottari Dasha System, it provides a balanced understanding for students and practitioners, blending traditional wisdom with modern astrological practices and insights.

Course Information

  • Duration: 6 Months
  • Place of Study: Through any chapter situated in major cities of India
  • Medium of Instruction: Hindi, English
  • Classes On Sunday/Saturday (if holiday)
  • Examination scheme
  • Examination are held twice a year in June and December at the respective centers.

 

Eligibility for Examination

  • Age must be 18 years
  • Candidate should be a Life Member of Indian Council of Astrological Sciences.
  • Candidate must have passed SSLC examination of equivalent thereto.
  • Completion of Jyotisha Praveena.

Fees: ₹ 8,500 + GST

  • Topic 2 : Number of fixed stars according to West, Chinese and Modern Astronomy
  • Topic 3 : Rationale for choosing 27 nakshatras as fixed stars in Indian astrology
  • Topic 4 : Significance of Nakshatras in Muhurta and delineating horoscopes
  • Topic 5 : Naming of months (masas) in Hindu samvatsara based on Nakshatras, Moon
